Here the client’s need was to redevelop the garden for increasing also the property value. The external space is not lived at all, if not sometimes during summer, so the idea of the project was to create an ornamental garden, beautiful to admire from the house. For this reason we can see a range of plants with seasonal interest that, with their interchange, are able to create attraction during the whole year. There are species intresting during winter thanks to their burning colors as Cornus alba ‘Baton Rouge’; others during spring and summer thanks to their blooming as Micromeria thymifolia; species attractive during summer and fall as Miscanthus sinensis ‘Morning Light’ and Pennisetum alopecuroides ‘Red Head’; others with a bright and particular foliage able to lighten the dark spaces as Betula nigra ‘Shiloh Splash’; and finally evergreen plants that have interest during all the year as Phillyrea angustifolia.
