Client: Hotel – Restaurant “Les Deux Frères”
The client’s wish was to set up the restaurant’s dehors with edible plants during some planned events. The idea was to realize ten modular planters to place in different positions and to arrange with different configurations, following the needs. The flower pots were also lightweight and easy to move. The plants used were officinal and horticultural ones, as Achillea millefolium, Allium schoenoprasum, Aloe arborescens, Aloysia citriodora, Artemisia schmidtiana ‘Nana’, Borago officinalis, Lavandula dentata, Malva sylvestris, Melissa officinalis, Pastinaca sativa, Silybum marianum, Thymus citriodorus, Verbena x hybrida. They were used during the events to prepare dishes and infusions and to gift clients with some preparations.
